Tongchuang Nanocrystalline alloy is composed of ferrum, silicon, boron and a small amount of copper, molybdenum, niobium, nickel and cobalt; amongst which copper and niobium are essential elements to obtain the nanocrystalline structure. After annealing treatment with appropriate temperature, the nanocrystalline alloy strip forms crystalline grains with the size of 10-20nm and a dispersed structure. The structure has very excellent magnetic properties, including high Saturation magnetic induction; high magnetic permeability; low coercive force; low loss; good temperature stability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance; as well as lower price with the best performance/price of all metal soft magnetic materials. Nanocrystalline alloy material is cheap, but the magnetic properties can be excellent, almost co***rable to the cobalt-based amorphous alloy. It is ideal material for industrial and civil high-frequency transformers, mutual inductors, inductors, and for replacement of permalloy and ferrite products. With the above mentioned magnetic performance characteristics, the Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy has the following advantages in magnetic applications: 1. High Saturation magnetic induction Bs - being capable of reducing the size of transformers 2. High magnetic permeability and low coercive force - being capable of improving the efficiency of transformers and the sensitivity of mutual inductors, reducing the coil distribution parameters, reducing the number of turns of common mode inductors, reducing copper loss 3. Low loss - being capable of reducing the temperature rise of transformers 4. Good stability - being capable of long-term work under working condition of high temperature (130c) 5. Lower price - the best performance/cost of all metal soft magnetic materials.
